No, candidates are not required to appear in AUEE if they have secured a valid JEE Mains score. These candidates will be directly proceeded to Alliance Selection Process. Final admission is based on a combined score of last qualifying exam, entrance exam and Alliance Selection Process score.

You can skip Quants section in AUSAT exam, as solving all the questions is not mandatory. However, it is not recommended to skip a section completely, as it will adversely affect your overall score. Moreover, no attempting any question of a particular section may result in non-selection, as evaluators may think, you're not good in that subject.

Yes, you can crack AUSAT through self-study. Just refer to some good books for UG level Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and English Grammar. Refer to GK year book and practice some AUSAT sample papers.

AUSAT syllabus is not difficult. The topics included in the syllabus are same as other entrance exams for BBA, which are also common to class 12. English, Quants, GK are subjects that you've studied in school. Only Logical Reasoning will come across as something new, but it can be prepared easily.

You can start AUSAT preparation 1-2 months in advance as the topics are common and you will require basic revision and some practice sessions to crack it.
