As you are a fresher, you should keep your expectations as per the market trends, however, you may not get the expected salary package because of it totally depends on the requirements that, what the organisation/company/firm is looking for and what kinds of skills set and knowledge do you have that would meet the job role expectations.

To get a good college and make your MBA worth, you have to take an entrance and compete with other test takers. Your experience does hold relevance but it will not give you an admission in an institute.

Hi,
No college guarantees 100% placements. Placements are average in this institute however it also totally depends on the candidate appearing for the interview.
For updated information on the placement get in touch with the current students or alumni. You can also drop an email to the college for more clarification on the placement process.
Regards

Entrance test has to deal with two rounds.
1. Only a creative test will be conducted where they give you any random topic to see your ability and capability and how creative you can be.
2. Personal interview related to the topic. Make sure to be ready with the current affairs.
