The eligibility criterias are different for every university. But generally students from every stream can pursue BCA without any problem, a candidate must have scored atleast 45% in their +2. If you can satisfy this requirement then you too can pursue BCA without any problem. Just check the eligibility criteria for the university in which you are seeking admission.

Amity University Mumbai offers M.Sc. Biotechnology which is at par with the standards of Noida campus. The faculty is experienced, the campus has elaborate state of the art infrastructure, laboratories are equipped with the latest equipment and students are exposed to hands on experience alongside regular lectures.

For Polytechnic 2nd year admission, a candidate must have done ITI of 2 years. Then, there is a chance of admission through lateral entry.
But, I'll prefer you to go through the normal students as a direct entry as in this college is no importance for the lateral entry students.

Yes, you can. But, for that you have to pay some extra fees as through management quota only. This can be possible, and hence they charge you extra fees.

No doubt, Amity University is the best university in the above universities you have mentioned above, as this university has the best curriculum then any other university, plus the labs of the amity is quite good then the Sharda university.
