Amity University is better as compared to sharda university in terms of global outreach, curriculum and overall branding.
Amity is also more convenient in terms of location

Amity Noida fees is massive and placements are not so good , try for some other college

only on completion of your UG you can take up masters. If you are doing a three year degree you will be completing it now. we are not able to understand what you mean by break.
you can apply now for masters in tourism and hospitality management course in Leeds Beckett University in UK. This course is one year and they offer one year extra for internship. It is fully paid internships which gives a launching pad for your career abroad
