Aditya College of Engineering offers only MBA, BTech, MTech, and BArch courses. All course admissions are done based on the scores obtained in the entrance exam. Find their required cutoff in 2024 below for the students belonging to the general category:
- B.Tech :- The TNEA rank for this course ranged from 110353 to 152452.

The TNEA counseling is conducted by the Anna University. It is conducted for all colleges in Tamil Nadu, not only for the Anand Institute of Higher Technology. The result date for the TNEA is usually decided from the TNEA schedule released officially by the Tamil Nadu Government. Generally, results are announced 2-3 months after the process has been started. For example, the process was started on 6th May 2024, and the results were announced on 13th August 2024. In 2025, the process was started on 7th May and the results are expected to be released by the 1st week of July.

It depends on the course in which the student is interested. Anand Institute of Higher Technology offers MBA, BArch, MTech, and BTech courses. The basic eligibility criteria for each course require the student to have a minimum of 45% in the previous qualification. Along with this, the student needs to have a minimum valid score in GATE, NATA, TNEA, or TANCET for admission to MTech, BArch, BTech, and MBA, respectively. Candidates meeting all the admission requirements can apply by appearing for the respective counseling or directly filling out the application form for direct admission.

Anand Institute of Higher Technology provides a number of scholarships to meritorious and deserving students. Students with more than 955 marks out of 1200 in the Tamil Nadu State Board Exam are awarded 10,000 per year for the duration of the course. The KAAC Noble Scholarship provides tuition fee remission of up to 100% for students with a cut-off of 180 and above, and partial remissions for lower cut-off scores. Welfare boards also offer scholarships for BC, MBC, SC, ST, and minority students. Government and central sector scholarships are also provided to students from weaker economic backgrounds and other merit classes.
