To be a video jockey there are several courses available like Diploma in mass communication,
masters in journalism and mass communication.
BA in journalism, other courses for TV reporting and media communication and presentation.

I believe people like Harsha Bhogle are extremely rare (i.e. people who haven't played the game at First Class level or higher) and it's getting increasingly unlikely that you'll have a shot at that role unless you play the game professionally first. There's more former players becoming commentators and experts and they are far more likely to get the positions you're applying for.
