As stream 1 is 75% ipe + 25 % JEE score. You have very good JEE score. Mostly you can get CSE branch. As this year stream 1 seats reduced from 70% to 50%. It's a 90-10% chances of getting and not getting. Try upto last round of counselling. Wish you luck.

You have more chances to get ECE.

However Tamil Nadu government will continue to put restrictions on students from outside state till such time seats if engineering colleges including private engineering colleges are filled up by students from Tamil Nadu. It depends on the merit list as every year merit list changes. So be aware to check the merit list. As you have scored good marks then you might get admission but it depends on the merit list. Best of luck.
