There are so many institutes in Delhi NCR where you can do Diploma courses, but as you want a degree from a college, then

You can join AAFT as the best college for animation, where you can do 2D, 3d, gaming, and graphics all in one degree course.

Faculties and good and envirnment of the college are full of events and guest lectures.

In my opinion AAFT is better then ICAT in animation in  Delhi NCR. ICAT has strong facilities and good curriculum, but AAFT gives more internships, project work and networking with actual animation studios.
