Hello Lokesh,
I have not understood your term of "my cut-off". This year, TN has decided to give admissions based on marks obtained in 12th exam. Hence any data of previous year is of no use. Your admission will depend on how those ahead of you give their choice.

Under the other-state quota, candidates who are Indian citizens but not a native of Tamil Nadu can apply. Qualifying Exam and Marks: Candidates need to score a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in PCM taken together (40% in case of SC/ST candidates) in HSC or equivalent exam.

The Anna University publishes the information regarding Tamilnadu B.Arch Admissions every year. Admission to B.Arch. degree programme offered in the University Department of Anna University, Government Aided Engineering College and for the seats surrendered by the Self Financing Engineering Colleges under the unified Single Window Admission System for Indian Nationals.
An Aptitude Test conducted by the Council of Architecture name NATA is a must. Equal weight-age is assigned to the marks scored in Tamilnadu HSc and NATA. An application is required to be made to Tamilnadu Admission body.

Hello Prasanth,
There are two kind of hostel always available in any colleges, one is the in campus and the other is the out campus hostel.
I will suggest you to go for the in campus hostel.

As per your marks, it is not possible to get admission here. You should try for other private colleges where you will easily get admission. There are a lot of private colleges which are providing better facilities in placements, infrastructure, education, etc.

Hello Udai, if it is MBA degree, I would say definitely PSGIM is a better option in terms of learning experience, placement, exposure and in all other aspects. All the best!
