Hello Akshay,
For distance MBA you need to check whether the college is recognised by UGC/AIU norms or not. According to this and your score you can pursue the course from Symbiosis Centre of Distance learning, University of Madras or Annamalai University.

Yes, you should do MBA in Hospital Management from Annamalai University through Distance Learning mode but my first I want to tell you that MBA in Hospital is not available in distance learning from Annamalai University so you should go with either ICFAI or Suresh Gyan Vihar University. You will have to first complete your graduation with more than 50% marks. Only post it, can you purse MBA as MBA is a Masters program. If you find it difficult to complete B.Com then you can try your BA as an external student and complete it via correspondence in 2 years' time.

Criteria for b.ed eligibility in Annamalai University is as follows:
Bachelor of Education(B.Ed.): Eligibility: Candidates should have undergone 10+2+3 (15) or 11+1+3 (15) pattern of study conducted by State Board or CBSE or any other recognized Board of Education. Candidates who have passed 10 and 10+2 standards are also eligible to apply under Open University system.

Bachelor of Education(B.Ed) is an Undergraduate Academic Degree awarded for a course or a program in the field of Education.
It is a one year course.B.Ed Correspondence or Distance Learning is also available in various Institutes and is of 2 Years duration.
*Eligibility:
