You can get admission through management quota only. And for details regarding management quota, you'll have to contact the college administration staff directly. This is number of admission department of Acharya Nagarjuna University- 0863 - 2346138.

Anyone can pay fees on behalf of student, but normally it's only the student who has to for document verification. In perhaps some extreme conditions, authorities may allow someone else to do this. Best wishes to you.
