To know about the admission without cut-off, you've to talk to the management about the management quota in the college if they allow you to do that.

As per me, you got a decent rank in AP EAMCET but as you know that how hard it is to get AU, so I am not suggesting you to expect much but as per my knowledge and experience, there is hope.
