Almost all the colleges in AP take students based on EAMCET results. So, it is not possible for you to get seat in top colleges based on JEE Advanced.
I would suggest you to try NIT Warangal, IIT Hyderabad or IIIT.

You have chances of getting government funded universities like AU, SVU, JNTUk etc.So it is better to choose government institutions.

Hello Naresh, These days one has to clear some or the other CET to get admission in an engineering college. Of course some deemed to be universities entice students who are in top 20 Percentile of the board with this CET waiver. Else approach a private college for seat in management quota. This may be your only chance.
