Yes, you will get admission in B.Tech through EAMCET, as you cleared your intermediate, now you are eligible to get seat in engineering colleges through EAMCET.

You don't get admission in any JNTU with that rank. As the rank is very high itvus difficult for you to get admission in your desired colleges. But you have many other colleges to get admission based on your rank. So choose the best college and proceed. All the best.

It is indeed very nice to see that you are interested in doing your Bachelor of engineering and due to this you have already appeared for the entrance exam called EAMCET. However, you have not mentioned whether to ask for the state of Andhra Pradesh or for the state of Telangana. You are disqualified in EAMCET, as your marks are only 35. It doesn't meet the cut off marks. So, you won't get seat in any college. All the best for your future.
