Last date of admissions in Architecture colleges across India would be around 1st of August, but I would suggest you not to wait till the end. you will get the institutions approved by Council of Architecture, the competent authority for Architecture education here on this link

There is no degree which can help you to become Software architect directly. You are advised to do B.Tech CSE. If you are technically excellent you will able to progress to an Architect level in 8 to 10 years with experience and on the job technical courses.

1)
To get admission in architecture course at graduate level, you need to score minimum 50% marks in 12th (Science) with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with Computer Science / Chemistry / Biology / Engineering Drawing and two other subjects. You need to sit for an entrance exam.
Some of the entrance exams in Architecture are :
-National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA)
-Common Entrance Examination for Design (CEED)
-School of Planning and Architecture Engineering Entrance Exam
-All India Engineering / Architecture Entrance Examination
