After JoSAA seat allotment, the candidates will have to download their provisional seat allotment letter and pay the seat acceptance fee. Next, the candidates will have to visit their allotted Reporting Centre (RC) to verify their documents. All of the required documents have to be submitted for verification. After the documents are verified, the candidates will have to report to their respective allotted institutes for confirmation of admission. The tuition fee has to be paid to confirm the admission.

There is no application fee for AAT. JEE Advanced qualified candidates will have to log in using the required credentials to register for AAT. After logging in, the candidates will also have to check the previously submitted details and make the necessary changes. There is no extra fee to appear for AAT. Candidates will have to select their choice of exam centre as per preference and availability. AAT application form has to be submitted before the final date.

Sorry to say but Candidates must obtain a minimum score of 70 out of 200 in order to pass the exam, with a score of 120-150 being a good score to gain admission into the premier BArch colleges. Now see, the passing marks won't help in getting into top colleges. If you want to get into a good college, you should set a target of scoring at least 120 marks out of 200.
Also
You didn't mentioned your home state. But for top architecture colleges you must score 80-90% in your board exams and a score of 100+ as your NATA score.

The documents required while filling out the DASA UG application form are a passport, proof of date of birth, a mark sheet for Class 10, Class 11 and Class 12; Proof of 2 years of education (Class 11 and Class 12 or equivalent), CIWG quota documents, and a certificate from the company/organization as proof that the parent is working in the Gulf country.

The applicants belonging to Maharashtra state with 140+ NATA scores and 95% in Class 12 have a chance of getting selected. For other students, a score of more than 100 and at least 85% in Class 12 will be required for selection. CoA has not yet released the official NATA question papers. However, if released, the candidates will be able to access the NATA question papers here. The questions asked in the examination can be checked by the candidates to review their answers. NATA question papers will be prepared by the authorities and will be based on the official syllabus. Through the question paper of NATA, the candidates will be assessed on their aptitude and reasoning skills.
