To get admission at Dev Bhoomi Schoo of Architecture and Design one should must appear for NATA. Merit based exam is not accepted by the university for Architectural courses. Find below the eligibility and criteria for the same: 

Yes, DC School of Management and Technology (DCSMAT) accepts NATA scores for admission to the B.Arch course. Candidates can obtain the application form for admission through online and offline mode from college. The JEE Main scores above 95 can be considered good for B.Arch admission in SJJC.

After JoSAA seat allotment, the candidates will have to download their provisional seat allotment letter and pay the seat acceptance fee. Next, candidates have to complete the document verification online and as per the joining dates, candidates have to report to college for physical verification and orientation.

There is no application fee for AAT. JEE Advanced qualified candidates will have to log in using the required credentials to register for AAT. After logging in, candidates will also have to check the previously submitted details and make the necessary changes. There is no extra fee to appear for AAT. Candidates will have to select their choice of exam centre as per preference and availability. AAT application form has to be submitted before last date.

Sorry to say but Candidates must obtain a minimum score of 70 out of 200 in order to pass the exam, with a score of 120-150 being a good score to gain admission into the premier BArch colleges. Now see, the passing marks won't help in getting into top colleges. If you want to get into a good college, you should set a target of scoring at least 120 marks out of 200.

The documents required while filling out the DASA UG application form are a passport, proof of date of birth, a mark sheet for Class 10, Class 11 and Class 12; Proof of 2 years of education (Class 11 and Class 12 or equivalent), CIWG quota documents, and a certificate from the company/organization as proof that the parent is working in the Gulf country.

Anna University BArch admission through various affiliated colleges is based on TANATA scores followed by the counselling. As per Anna University cutoff 2022, the closing rank based on TANATA exam (General All India Category) for various colleges are tabulated below:
