Earlier, NITs (including MANIT Bhopal) used to require 75% marks in 12th, or being in the top 20 percentile of your board.

But due to COVID, this rule was relaxed for the last few years.

The 75% rule is BACK for NITs (including B.Arch at MANIT Bhopal).

That means you must have at least 75% in your 12th boards (or be in the top 20 percentile of your board) if you're in the General category.

If you belong to SC/ST, then the requirement is 65% in 12th.

Hi Nishar,

As of the latest available data, the average salary package for B.Arch graduates from the Faculty of Architecture at Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU) is not explicitly specified. However, the university's overall placement statistics indicate that students have received offers ranging from INR 1 Lacs to INR 20 Lacs annually .

It's important to note that these figures encompass all disciplines, and specific data for the B.Arch programme may vary. For the most accurate and up-to-date information, it's advisable to contact the Faculty of Architecture directly or visit their official website.

Yes, you should be able to edit the year of passing for your 10th and 11th standard in the NATA application form during the correction window. I don't know more but you can search more about these.

No, there is no need to get 75% marks in 12th to get admission in the Bachelor of Planning (B.Plan) course at the School of Planning and Architecture (SPA) Delhi.

The B.Plan eligibility criteria at SPA Delhi demand that you should have:

  • Passed Class 12 (or equivalent) from a recognized board
  • Obtained at least 50% aggregate marks
  • Completed Mathematics as a compulsory subject in Class 12
