You have scored 64% in 10+2 and above 95 percentile in JEE Main B.Arch 2025, and not fulfilling eligibility 75% board for NITs/IITs through JoSAA, however, if board cutoff applies in your favor, you can qualify under the top 20 percentile clause.

About 95+ percentile (rank ~5,000-7,000) have bright chances to get into NITs such as NIT Trichy, NIT Calicut, or NIT Hamirpur for B.Arch, which had 2023 closing ranks of 1,000-6,000 for open category (OBC slightly higher). One other option is SPA Bhopal or SPA Vijayawada (closing ranks ~2,000-5,000). Reservation helps a lot for the OBC ranks.

Trends since 2019 do not provide much scope for change in eligibility. Especially, changes in the eligibility criteria will require clearance from the MHRD

Yes, Aalim Muhammed Salegh Academy of Architecture (AMSAA) in Chennai primarily requires candidates to have a valid NATA (National Aptitude Test in Architecture) score for admission to the B.Arch program.
