Yes, Sir M.V. School of Architecture does offer scholarships to BArch students on the basis of their achieved scores in NATA or on the basis of Class 12 scores. If a candidate has secured marks between 170 and 200, they will get a 25% concession on their tuition fee. In the same way, if they have achieved a score between 120 and 171,   they will get a 20% concession on their tuition fee.

The total number of seats offered in the BArch course at Quantum University is 40. To get a seat in this programme, candidates are required to complete their Class 12 from Science stream (PCM) with a minimum aggregate of 50%. Additionally, for admissions, the institute accepts the valid scores of the KCETNATACOMEDK BArch.

Currently, Sir M.V. School of Architecte has not released the cutoff for the M.Tech course 2025 on the basis of NATA/ KCET/ COMEDK BArch ranks/scores. However, to get an idea about the competitiveness of the cutoff in the previous years, candidates can check the below table:

While preparing the cutoff for the Sir M.V. School of Architecture BArch course, the authorities will consider examination and admission-related factors. The listed factors will be checked and considered by the authorities while determining the cutoff of Sir M.V. Yes, primarily BArch admissions at Sir M.V. School of Architecture are entrance-based. The institute accepts the scores of KCET/NATA/COMEDK for admissions. However, the university also guarantees admissions to the students through a management quota. These quota guidelines are from VTU. Hence, if a candidate is planning to get enrolled in the BArch course, they can read more about the management quota through the official website of the institute/affiliated university.

At the time of filling out the application form for the BArch course at Sir M.V. School of Architecture, and at the time of appearing at the institute. Candidates are required to upload a soft copy of documents or might need to submit a hard copy of some of the documents at Sir M.V. School of Architecture's campus. The names of the required documents are: 

  • Class 10 and 12 Marksheet
  • CET/COMED-K Allotment letter/ NATA Score Card
  • Transfer Certificate
  • Certificates about any reservation

The institute has opened its application portal for the academic batch of 2025. Therefore, candidates who qualify for the basic eligibility criteria according to the BArch course can apply for the course and fill out the further application form for the course through the official website of the Sir M.V. School of Architecture.

Direct admissions to the BArch course at Sir M.V. School of Architecture are not explicitly mentioned on the official website of the institute. However, the institute offers admission to BArch courses through the Management Quota. 
Therefore, candidates can get admissions to BArch courses at Sir M.V. School of Architecture through management quota. For this quota, the institute follows the guidelines by Visvesvaraya Technological University.

The essential eligibility requirement for admissions to the BArch course at Sir M.V. School of Architecture is candidates must complete their Class 12 from the PCM stream with a minimum aggregate of 50% (45% for reserved category candidates).
