This is so because admission depends upon a number of factors-be it the number of applicants, number of seats available or entrance examination results.
Admission to M.Arch is through a self-conducted entrance; hence the cutoffs vary every year. Generally, even GATE scores are included in some lucky courses; for this course, it is mostly as per the performance within the university premises.
