No, one can not join IDC IIT Bombay without qualifying UCEED for B.Des. The eligibility criteria for getting admission into the college is that one should have passed the qualifying examination (Class XII or equivalent ) from the recognised Board/Examination.

UCEED is an exam of 300 marks. It has 3 sections. It is usually conducted in the January month and the results are declared in February. The examination is an MCQ-based question paper.

CEPT University is worth pursuing for the BArch course. The University proves to have a decent placement record. To be eligible for CEETA PG (M.Arch) programs, candidates must have a bachelor's degree in architecture (B.Arch) with a minimum qualifying mark of 50% (for the general category) and 45% for the reserved category from a recognised university or institute. Besides that, candidates qualified as AIIA (Associateship Examination of the Indian Institute of Architects) with valid registration with the Council of Architecture are also eligible for CEETA PG admission.

Candidates are selected for Master's in Urban Management admission at CEPT University based on their scores in accepted entrance exams. Additionally, Candidates must fill out the basic eligibility criteria. The basic eligibility criteria for MUM is a Bachelor's degree with 50% aggregate (45% aggregate for reserved category candidates) in any stream from and Work experience of five years (on the date of application). After full fill out the candidates need to apply online or the admission.

CEPT University offers entrance-based admission and has a total of 40 seats. Candidates seeking admission to  Bachelor's in Civil Engineering (BCE) must pass Class 12 with 45% aggregate from a recognised board. Further, candidates must appear and score well in the JEE Main exam accepted by the university for admission.
