The Council of Architecture (CoA) will release the NATA 2024 dates online at nata.in. Through the dates of NATA 2024, the candidates will be able to know when the various important events will be held. This will lessen their chances of missing out on important events related to the examination and admission process. NATA 2024 is expected to be held in three phases. Candidates will be able to participate in all rounds of NATA and the best score will be considered for admission.

Yes. While preparing the NATA quaifying and admission cutoff, the authorities will check and consider the previous years' cutoff trends. Candidates are also advised to check the previous years' NATA cutoffs to know the scores that they should secure to have a higher chance of admission into their preferred college. The minimum qualifying cutoff has to be secured to qualify the entrance examination. NATA admission cutoff will be individually prepared and released by the institutes.

NATA cutoff is the minimum marks that candidates will have to secure to qualify the examination and be eligible for admissions. There are two types of NATA cutoff qualifying and admission cutoff. The qualifying cutoff of NATA is minimum marks that candidates will have to secure to qualify entrance examination. However, admission cutoff of NATA will consist of the minimum scores that have to be secured to have higher chances of admission into preferred college.

BArch is one of the top course of SSPU. BArch has been mapped as per the job roles in demand in the industry. During the course, tenure students shall go through skill enhancement comprising internship and integrated seminars & workshops on selected topics working on real-time problems with the application of scientific methods. The university shortlists candidates for BArch course based on their applications and NATA score. Aspirants can also apply for the course with their SAT score. Eligibility will be calculated with the weightage of 50% marks for aptitude tests and 50% marks in the qualifying examination. Yes, BArch is a five year course offered at the UG level. The course curriculum centers on the design of new buildings and places (urban/ suburban/ rural) and includes various functional and conceptual topics related to multiple housing strategies, institutions, mixed-use, public facilities, etc. Design coursework covers professional, technical, and theoretical topics concerning architectural history and others. Candidates can apply for the course only after completing Class 12 from a recognised school. 

BArch applicants should have passed Class 12 or equivalent with at least 50 per cent marks or Class 10 along with a three-year Diploma in any stream. Candidate must have studied Mathematics as a compulsory subject in Class 12. Final selection is done on the basis of NATA scores, a candidate must have at least 80 per cent marks in NATA to clear the Cutoff.

The total seat intake for the BArch programme is 40.

as many as 75% of seats in BTech are allotted by ACPC body, however, 25% of seats are filled with a valid JEE Main score. Under BArch, a total of 30 seats are allotted by ACPC while rest of the 10 seats are filled based on NATA score.
