Both are undergraduate degrees, but Bachelor of Architecture (BArch) is completely different from BDes because of the following reasons:

So, most students end up working in architectural firms, design consultancies, and construction companies. The institute itself does make provisions for campus placement. For the Dev Bhoomi School of Architecture and Design, the NATA cutoffs have been around 45% in general for 2023. Additionally, a minimum score of 62.5% in the final merit is advised to get a fair chance of admission. For best colleges, this is around 180-190 NATA scores that get a seat. That is, though the school keeps the entry standards quite low, higher scores garner significantly better admission chances.

The candidates shall have been appearing for 10+2 examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as mandatory subjects with at least 50% marks (45% for reserved categories).
