The most recent cutoff for B.Arch admissions at Dev Bhoomi School of Architecture and Design corresponds to national and state-level entrance exams. Admission is determined by scores from the National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) or the architecture paper of the JEE Mains. While there is no set cutoff, students must meet the eligibility requirements of passing 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and obtaining qualifying marks in NATA or JEE Mains. The cutoff will change each year depending on the applicant pool and exam difficulty.
