The final placement report 2023 is yet to be released. Once it is out, the total number of BArch students placed in 2023 placement will be updated here. However, as per the NIRF report 2022, a total of 30 BArch students were placed out of total 39 students during SMAID BArch placements 2021. Earlier, in 2021, a total of 145 students were placed out of total 198 students. The placement details of the batch 2023 are yet to be released on the official website. Once it is released, it will be updated here. The final placement report 2023 is yet to be released. Once it is out, the BArch placement percentage recorded during the 2023 placement drive will be updated here. However, as the NIRF report 2022, the institute recorded nearly 77% placements in the academic year 2020-2021. The MHT CET B.Arch counselling dates for 2023 have not yet been announced. The last date to apply for the MHT CET B.Arch exam is on September 10, 2023. The exam will be held on October 8, 2023. The NATA exam dates for 2023 are as follows:

Phase 1: May 21, 2023

Phase 2: June 11, 2023

Phase 3: July 9, 2023

Phase 4: September 24, 2023

The NATA results for each phase will be released within 2 weeks of the exam. The MHT CET B.Arch counselling is expected to begin in December 2023 after the release of the MHT CET B.Arch results.

The cutoff trend for B.Tech at IIT Roorkee - Indian Institute of Technology has been increasing in the recent years. In 2022, the closing rank for B.Tech. under general category for all India quota was 17464. In 2023, it increased to 20728. Likewise, the cut off ranks have changed from 5783 to 7288 for OBC, 3162 to 3182 for SC, 2804 to 3772 for EWS. This trend is likely to continue in the coming years, as the demand for engineering education in India continues to grow. Similar cut off trend can be seen for female candidates under all categories however the ranks are slightly different.
