Admission to this JJ College of Architecture is based on counseling and the score obtained in the National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA). To be eligible for admission, candidates must score a minimum of 100 out of 200 in NATA, and have secured 50% marks in their 12th class examination for the general category, and 45% marks for OBC, SC, and ST candidates.
MHTCET score is also accepted in JJ college of Architecture for B. ARCH , For students in the general home state category, JJ College of Architecture's most recent round ending rank, or MHT CET, was 116.33

APEEJAY School of Architecture and Planning accepts NATA, CUET, NTA (i.e. JEE), UPTAC and UPCET for admission to B.Arch . So to be eligible for admission you must have passed in10+2 scheme of examination with at least 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics and also 50% marks in aggregate of the 10+2 level examination or passed 10+3 Diploma Examination with Mathematics as compulsory subject with at least 50% marks in aggregate.

First of all pass the eligibility criteria of APEEJAY School of Architecture and Planning for B.Arch
i.e.
- In10+2 scheme of examination with at least 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics and also 50% marks in aggregate of the 10+2 level examination or passed 10+3 Diploma Examination with Mathematics as compulsory subject with at least 50% marks in aggregate.
- Qualify an aptitude test in Architecture conducted either by NTA (i.e JEE) or "NATA" conducted by the Council of Architecture.
Then you have to apply online registration form available in their website or offline as well and after paying registration fee ( Rs.1000/- )

Yes, APEEJAY School of Architecture and Planning is good for an B.Arch as they have great placement records because of their brand name. Even the college does not provide placements Students can apply to the firm's offices by sending their portfolio work along with their CV. Almost 100% of students got internships. Students get placed in top firms, and even some alumni are heading the top firms like ARCOHM, DFI, etc. Just because of the brand name APEEJAY, students get easily placed even during the time of an internship.

Fees for B.Arch at APEEJAY School of Architecture and Planning will be Rs.87,466/- per annum. Total available seats in B.Arch is 80 .Hostel and mess facility will cost you :
- Single Accommodation: Rs. 90,500/- per year + 5000/- Caution Money (Refundable).
- Shared Accommodation (Double seated): Rs.79,500/- per year+ 5000/- Caution Money (Refundable).
. The highest salary offered was of Rs. 35,000 per month and the lowest salary offered was Rs. 15,000 per month. Archom was the top recruiting company in this college.

To get admission in Rizvi College of Architecture, two-year M.Arch. in Urban Design requires a Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch.) from a recognized Institute with an aggregate score of at least 50%. Candidates from Maharashtra belonging to EWS, Backward class categories, or PWD may be eligible with at least 45%. Applicants must also be Indian nationals.

The M.Arch course requires a background in architecture or related courses. Most universities in India require applicants to have passed a B.Arch or closely related undergraduate course in architecture. For the most part, a B.Des will not be sufficient for this, though some clleges may give a little leeway in terms of requirements or interdisciplinary programs. Some colleges may be allowed to admit individuals with conversion programs or special entry requirements.
