No, in order to work as an Industrial Engineer you should have completed BTech or B.E. with Industrial Engineering as a specialisation. However, you can explore other career options after completing Industrial Design.

Courses with Industrial Design as a specialisation are offered in regular mode of education as these are technical courses that require the students to learn practical aspects of subjects along with hands-on learning. The coursework includes theoretical subjects, practical subjects and project work. Though the theoretical subjects are conducted in classrooms the practical subjects are usually conducted in labs with specialised step-by-step guidance, monitoring and evaluation.

Industrial Design refers to generating designs for objects, devices, or products that people can use in their daily lives. An industrial designer ensures that the product works or functions efficiently and also has a charming physical appearance. We use so many things in our daily lives, like headphones, watches, beautiful and sleek designed pens, spectacles, sofas, etc., all designed and created by an industrial designer.Small industries like kitchenware and big industries like automobiles, from the process of designing, manufacturing, and packaging, all come under Industrial Design.

Placements are average in our college. Usually, the students fail and decrease the total intake, and around 75% of the remaining students get placed. Overall, the placements are not too good but average. Off-campus placement takes the average placement. Good companies like TCS, HCL, Cognizant, and outer tech companies come for placements. Companies offer a salary package of 0.6 LPA to 1 LPA for freshers. Students have to search for internships as well as jobs.

The college offers BArch with a duration of three years, total fee is INR 1.97 lakh. To grab admission, candidates are required to pay a certain amount of fee. To be eligible to apply for admission candidates are required to fill out the admission criteria set by the college.

Rachana Sansad School of Architecture and Interior Design admission is entrance-based. To be eligible for BArch course, candidates must apply and appear for MH CET entrance exam accepted by the college. After completing the eligibility requirements college releases a merit list based on the entrance exam score and counselling round.

Yes, JNEC Aurangabad accepts NATA score for providing admission to BArch course. Additionally, the college also accepts JEE Main Paper-2 score conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA). As soon as the selection round gets over, shortlisted aspirants are called for document verification round. Aspirants must provide all the documents proving their eligibility for verification. Candidates need to pay a course fee to confirm their seat in the college. The total tuition fee for BArch is INR 1.50 lakh. The fee excludes hostel charges and other admission components.

The total seat intake for BArch is 80. The college provides seat to candidates after selection. Admission to BArch course is based on JEE Main Paper-2 or NATA score. Candidate should be an Indian National and have domicile of Maharashtra state and/ or born in the Maharashtra state to apply for BArch course of JNEC Aurangabad. Aspirants who have passed Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics can apply for BArch course.
