With your 50% HSC aggregate meeting LPU's minimum overall requirement and your NATA score of 110 comfortably clearing the qualifying threshold (LPU's cutoffs typically fall in the 90-140 range), you're in a decent position — the only catch is your 42% in PCM falls a bit short of the general category's 50% PCM requirement, though if you belong to SC/ST/OBC-NCL or PWD category, the relaxed 45% PCM cutoff would make you eligible right away; either way, my advice is to reach out directly to LPU's admission counsellors with your marksheet, since their merit-based, flexible admission process (with no rigid management quota hurdles) means t

Yes, with 188 marks in JEE Main Paper 2, a NATA score of 100, and 93.1% in Class 12, your chances of getting admission to B.Arch at LPU are quite strong. Students with similar scores generally meet the eligibility criteria comfortably, and your academic performance is also very good. Based on scores like these, many students also become eligible for scholarships, which can significantly reduce tuition fees. The B.Arch fee at LPU is usually around ₹1.2 lakh to ₹2 lakh per semester before scholarship benefits. Hostel and mess expenses may additionally range from ₹90,000 to ₹1.6 lakh per year depending on room type and facilities

You are not eligible for NATA with your 12th subjects (Maths, Physics, Geography, English, Urdu) because Chemistry is mandatory along with Maths and Physics. NATA requires candidates to have studied PCM (Physics, Chemistry, Maths) in Class 12 or hold a 10+3 Diploma with Maths as a subject.

For admissions into the preferred BArch institutes, the candidates should meet the basic eligibility criteria. If the candidates do not meet the basic eligibiity criteria for BArch admissions based on NATA scores, then their chances of admission will be minimal.

  • The candidates should have passed 10+2th standard qualifying examination with minimum required marks.
  • Should be minimum 17 years old as of July 13 of the admission year.
  • The candidates should have secured a valid NATA 2023 score i.e., minimum 70 marks out of 200.

The minimum marks required in class 12th board to get admission in government colleges, if you score 120+ marks in NATA will vary from college to college. However, in general, you should aim for a score of at least 80% in your class 12th board exams. This will give you a good chance of getting admission to a good government college.
