There is no clear answer to whether B.Arch at SSPU Pune is better than Sinhgad College of Architecture. According to,  both colleges are almost the same, and it is recommended to get in touch with current students to know the exact scenario for faculty and placements. However, according to, SSPU is ranked higher than Sinhgad College of Architecture in the list of top architecture colleges in Pune based on 2023 ranking. It is important to consider various factors such as faculty, infrastructure, placements, and fees before making a decision.

A Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) course is available at Shantaben Manubhai Patel School of Studies and Research in Architecture and Interior Design. The course lasts for five years and is a full-time mode course. The college has availed information that the tuition fee structure is in the range of INR 4.50 lakh. The first year or semester fee is used to compute this tuition fee. The total fee could differ. Other components than tuition fees may be included in the fees. For entrance to the B.Arch programme, SMAID accepts the scores of candidates in the NATA exam. The Council of Architecture (CoA) administers the National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA), a national entrance test, to applicants for admission to undergraduate architecture degrees (5-year BArch). It will be up to the candidates to decide whether to take one or more tests. The dates of the NATA 2024 exam are anticipated to be announced soon by the authorities. On Shiksha, candidates will have access to the comprehensive schedule for NATA 2024. The NATA 2024 application form must be completed and submitted in order to take the exam.
