Hi, Candidates who have passed any 10+3 Diploma exam with Mathematics as a subject and scored at least 50% marks are also eligible to apply for the NATA exam.

Though, below are the official guidelines for the Bachelor in Construction Technology.
1) Bachelors in Construction Technology (BCT) Course, candidates who have cleared the qualifying examination from an eligible Board from the school located in India (Including Gujarat State) with minimum eligibility criteria as prescribed by AICTE/Council from time to time and have appeared in JEE (Main) of the corresponding year.

I don't think so. But It would be best for you to clear your 12th with flying colors and along with this give the exam JEE for B.Arch conducted by National Testing Agency. You can easily crack this exam all you need to have is a strong Maths and good practice of any previous year's question set of B.Arch with some architecture-related General Knowledge questions like what is the best price given in architecture etc. I had prepared for this exam and I found it quite easy.
