Shantaben Manubhai Patel Institute Architecture and Interior Design is well known for its BArch programme. When it comes to placements, SMAID offers decent placements annually. The placement details of the BArch batch 2023 are yet to be released on the official website. Once it is released, it will be updated here. The MHT CET B.Arch counselling dates for 2023 have not yet been announced. The last date to apply for the MHT CET B.Arch exam is on September 10, 2023. The exam will be held on October 8, 2023. The NATA exam dates for 2023 are as follows:

Phase 1: May 21, 2023

Phase 2: June 11, 2023

Phase 3: July 9, 2023

Phase 4: September 24, 2023

The NATA results for each phase will be released within 2 weeks of the exam. The MHT CET B.Arch counselling is expected to begin in December 2023 after the release of the MHT CET B.Arch results.

The cutoff trend for B.Tech at IIT Roorkee - Indian Institute of Technology has been increasing in the recent years. In 2022, the closing rank for B.Tech. under general category for all India quota was 17464. In 2023, it increased to 20728. Likewise, the cut off ranks have changed from 5783 to 7288 for OBC, 3162 to 3182 for SC, 2804 to 3772 for EWS. This trend is likely to continue in the coming years, as the demand for engineering education in India continues to grow. Similar cut off trend can be seen for female candidates under all categories however the ranks are slightly different.

Opening and Closing rank depends on the category and quota of candidates. For general category under All India, opening rank was 16703 and closing rank was 20728. Cut off are differant when it comes to other categories or female candidates and even domicile of home state. In All India, opening and closing rank for female candidates was 4440 and 20831. Admission to Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) in IIT Roorkee - Indian Institute of Technology is based on the scores obtained in the entrance exam JEE Advanced. Applicants are advised to confirm what category are they applying while checking for cut offs.

For 2023, cut-off was 20728 for General category candidates in All India quota for Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) in IIT Roorkee - Indian Institute of Technology. For female candidates in general category under the All India quota, 20831 was the closing rank. B.Tech cut off varies depending on the applicant's category and domicile/quota.

IIT Roorkee admission 2023 is based on JEE Advanced scores followed by the JoSAA Counselling 2023. In order to be eligible for JoSAA Counselling candidates must appear for JEE Main followed by JEE Advanced.

Hi there, the eligibility for B Arch programme is Pass with 50% aggregate marks in 10+2 with English, Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry or Biology or Computer Science or IT or Business Study or Engineering Graphics or Informatics Practice or Technical Vocational Subject  subject to qualifying  JEE Main (Paper II) Or NATA 2023
Or Pass with 50% in Diploma (any stream) (3 years) (with Mathematics) or equivalent, subject to qualifying JEE Main (Paper II) NATA 2023. The programme is not subject to qualifying LPUNEST.

As per CoA, the Architecture colleges strictly accept candidates based on their NATA scores. Therefore, the candidates will be eligible to apply to their preferred Architecture institute, if they have secured the qualiying NATA score.  Some of the institutes that accept NATA scores are:
