The cutoff for B.Tech in Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence at IIIT Delhi varies from year to year. The cutoff for the academic year 2022-2023 was as follows:

  • General - 11,000
  • OBC - 9,000
  • SC - 7,000
  • ST - 5,000

The cutoff is higher for the General category than for the OBC, SC, and ST categories. This is because the General category has more applicants than the other categories. The cutoff is also higher for the Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence program than for other programs at IIIT Delhi. The cost of the four-year B.Tech. in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science programme at Koneru Lakshmaiah Education Foundation University is Rs.1,015,000. For the first year, the cost of the identical course, without any discounts, will be Rs.275,000.Then it will be Rs.260,000 for the remainder of the year.

AIML & AMD branches are new and better in terms of private sector jobs and have less demand at the present. CSIT would have more score although B.Tech in IT is also demanding. It depend a lot on your interest and goal. If you goal is government job then one can opt for CSIT. You can also read governing engineering job notification.
