Staying off campus at the School of Visual Arts will improve your college life for several reasons. The School of Visual Arts does offer on-campus housing, but students rated it with a "C-," thus leaving much to be improved. It is important to acknowledge that your experience in SVA eventually depends on your personal needs and parameters of community, convenience, independence, along with cost and access to resources on campus.
