IIITM Gwalior encourages its students to participate in sports. The institute has a full-fledged building as well as game rooms in each hostel. IIITM Gwalior's sports complex contains a swimming pool, a gymnasium, a lawn tennis court, a basketball court, a billiards room, two squash courts, many table tennis boards, and multiple badminton courts.
