Hello Neha, Fine arts is offered by CBSE as a subject option, however, individual schools decide on the options they wish to provide their students. If your school does not offer fine arts after 10th, you can opt for subjects as per interests, choice and strengths in class 11th since there are no subject restrictions for admission to the BFA course.
