First of all you can't have a Masters degree in cardiology ( as far as I know) if you are a physiotherpy graduate. If it's a Masters degree in cardio respiratory physiotherpy you mean, it's a very promising career to have. There are only a handful of cardio respiratory physiotherapist who focuses on acute and outpatient rehabilitation which is an essential for patients with cardio respiratory complaints.

Yes you can do BVA. The eligibility for BVA is with a minimum of 50 percentage in class 12
