As per the eligibility criteria of IIT Bombay for M.Des. in Industrial Design, a candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Architecture / Design/ Interior Design, or equivalent OR a Professional Diploma in Design (NID/CEPT, or equivalent) OR a B.F.A. (4 year professional program, after 10+2). There is no specific mention of a maximum gap year between 12th and the Bachelor's degree or diploma.

Mata Sundri College is under Delhi University so you can easily check the previous years DU's cutoff and then analyze it. Mata Sundri has seats reserved for Sikhs so that should be kept in mind. Generally, the cut off ranges from about 65%- 75%.

If you want to choose both then you should apply for B.A. At christ University as it provides music, psychology and English as the main subjects. If you're good at music in both theory and practical then opt for it. If you think you can study psychology as its very theoretical and lengthy, then go for it. Music is more practical knowledge whereas psychology is not just fun facts. Choose wisely.
