As for Short-hand (known as Stenography) courses, these courses can be done from many colleges across India. Admission fee may vary from college to college depending on the duration of the courses. Yes, basics are taught at the starting of the course.

For admission in MFA in History Arts, you need to score 55% marks for general (49.5% marks for OBC) / the corresponding grade in BFA or an equivalent degree (minimum 4-year course) from a recognized university/institution.
With B.Sc and M.Sc, you won't be eligible to apply.

For admission in Bachelors of Sports Management you need to have passed 10+2 from a recognized board/institute.

The Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree is considered to be the most prestigious bachelor's degree that you can receive in the visual arts. This option is for students who wish to gain as much experience and skill in photography as possible. It consists of at least sixty credits of photography courses.

There is no PG course here. I would suggest you look for other colleges. Perhaps Bhatkhande or some other. But this college only provides short-term certification courses.
