In case of Kathak, you can again try for Lalit Kala Kendra or up North India, around Delhi or Ahmedabad. Overall, whichever region the dance is originated from, that area would be the apt place to pursue Bachelors or Masters, but there might be some exceptions such as Pune or Ahmedabad that offer good courses too. Bombay -Nalanda, is also a good place to try for dance.

No, Amity University doesn't offer B. Fine arts in distance learning. You can join below programs from there Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

BA Fine Arts is better in Full time study. There are bit less institute itself to have that course compared to our population demand.

In case you get in full time, please go with it as in real career sense, distance is not much helpful.
