I think there is a lot of scope in fine arts in India, especially since it is a relatively unexplored field and India is a developing country. So, there are several things you could with a fine arts degree in India. These include and are not limited to:
1. Being an artist: an obvious choice and probably the most interesting. It'll be tough to make it as a famous artist at first and having a few (preferably rich) contacts will help. You'll have to work hard to be the best and work hard to get into a reputed gallery. But it'll be worth it, I'm sure.
