Yes, there is an entrance for the BFA programmes. Admission is through CAP counselling based on the marks obtained in Maharashtra Applied Arts & Crafts-Common Entrance Test (MH-AAC-CET).

You need to have above 80/85% in your 12th grade to appear in the first list and if there is any reservation, then above 60%. But people with 70s do try and by luck are appeared in the last list. but still, you can ask their officials for last year's cut off, & add +3% because the cut off never decreases.

Yes, sure, you can.
It doesn't matter if you have done Hons. in Philosophy. The eligibility for B.A. Fine Arts in DU is 10+2 qualification in any stream with minimum 50% marks in aggregate.
However, the cut-off plays an important role. So you must crack the cut-off of the same.
