Hello Dinesh,
Study by distance learning is recommended for those courses that have less amount of practicals. Since a student is supposed to learn at his convenience in his home. But painting, I feel requires lot of hand holding and practicals and hence not possible by distance learning. You can seek private tuition if you are interested in learning the art-form.

You will need to fill up the DU form along with sports quota and then, you will have to be present in sports trial with all your certificates.

No, for law school there is no fee concession for students coming from sports quota. However, you may contact admission and management department and fetch more details.

I would suggest you to follow any path you want to and follow music along with as having backups are always nice e. g if you want to pursue engineering or pure Science do it you'll get enough time for music to.
