Sir, normally transfer to college is not possible. Only in some special conditions, it is being done. You can write an application to UGC and college authorities of both the colleges regarding same. If UGC approves then you can take a transfer and a migration certificate from the existing college. On the basis of these certificates, your daughter can take the transfer.

Why not? You have a very good percentage in 12th so you have a very delightful chance to get admission. Good luck.
