There are only few colleges in India for cosmology or astronomy. If you want to apply for undergrads, IIST or IISC would be the best colleges for you.
You can also apply for:-
1. Andhra University, Visakhapatnam
2. Punjab University,
3. JNTU College of Engineering, Hyderabad
4. Madhya Pradesh Birla Planetarium,
5. Osmania University,
6. Indian Institute of Astrophysics, Koramangala
7. National Centre for Radio Astrophysics.

Yes, you can pursue M.Sc in astrophysics but only in theoretical astronomy. For others, engineering is required to pursue higher studies in this. You can refer to below article for this.

No, Astronomy courses are a combination of Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics to make astronomical observations. Hence, you are required to have PCM/PCMB subjects in your Class 12 to be eligible for Astronomy courses.

After class 12th, you can pursue aerospace engineering, aeronautical engineering or courses related like B.Sc in physics and then M.Sc in space technology. You can also pursue courses specifically in telecommunication or space technology or satellite communication etc. There are different courses available. You can also pursue B.Tech in mechanical engineering and then M.Tech in space propulsion systems. This course will help you in entering into space. Also B.Tech in electronics and telecommunication and then M.Tech in satellite communication will be helpful.
