For entry into undergraduate programs Indian students are assessed based on their class 12th scores, they may be required to submit entrance scores if applying for professional courses in Australia or SAT if applying for other programs.
- For graduate admissions in Australia, students must submit their GRE or GMAT scores.
- For both levels of admission, the English language exams needed for studying in Australia include either TOEFL / IELTS / SAT if5 href="https://www.shiksha.com/studyabroad/exams/duolingo">Duolingo.

Australia is generally considered a safe country for Indians.The University of Queensland ensures that they make the campus safe and secured for the students. Australia is home to a number of world class law schools. However, per the latest Quacquarelli Symonds (QS) Rankings, The University of New South Wales (UNSW Sydney), is the best law school in the country, securing a global rank #12 among all law schools in the world.
The University of Melbourne Law School is placed right behind it with a global rank #13, while The University of Sydney, rounds off the top 3, by securing a global rank #18.

The cost of a Business degree from University of Newcastle Australia is around AUD 4,847 (INR 2.7 L) for undergraduate level of studies & AUD 4,238 (INR 2.4 L) for graduate level of studies.
