Hi Piyush,
Let me tell you that the basic eligibility criteria for BE / B.Tech in Automobile Engineering is 10+2 or equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics or Bio-technology, bioinformatics, Biomedical with a fairly high percentage of marks in the aggregate.
However, After 10th one can also choose the diploma program in Automobile Engineering and after the diploma they can take up PG diploma, or even an Engineering degree as some colleges give admission to diploma holders with 50% marks. In certain engineering colleges, mechanical engineering students can opt for Automobile engineering as an optional subject.

You have to sit for various entrance exams and look for colleges which provide particularly automobile engineering or you can go for mechanical engineering and later get you a higher degree in automobile engineering.

For admission in Automobile Engineering in the above-mentioned college, you should have 50% in PCM in 12th and they have not mentioned about MH-CET scores.

10+2 with PCM (Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics) is the basic requirement to take admission in Engineering program. Percentage required in qualifying exam is 50% and JEE Mains for most of the engineering institutes. However required percentage criteria depend on college. IITs consider JEE Advance.
Diploma holders are also eligible to take admission, in the second year of the course. They must have done their Diploma after class 10th with min 50% and they need to qualify LEET. In some cases candidates having bachelor degree in science are also eligible.
