Based on feedback from various quarters and students, Pune University has introduced this course. It has a lot of flexibility quite wide variety of subjects to choose from. Fees too is based on credits selected. I am attaching a link that will give you all required information.

Automobile manufacturing firms as well as firms supplying parts and tools to the Automobile Industry are the prime recruiters. Starting salary depends on a number of factors such as quality of the College from which the course has been pursued, academic performance, aptitude of the candidate etc. Generally it is between 3-5 Lakh Rupees per year.

You should take mechanical engineering in B.Tech. You can also undertake various designing courses like Catia, Creo or Ansys that will surely help you in future.

Since you are interested in the automobile industry, so you should do be in mechanical engineering and you should be good in fluid mechanics and applied thermodynamics.

Hello Vignesh,
I think both are almost equal, but I prefer Sri Venkateshwara over Hindustan University. Sri Venkateshwara offers better education, placements and most of all, these are available at a lowered than Hindustan University.
So, I prefer Sri venkateshwara.
