Hi Vaibhav,
The three countries have different requirements. Overall, you must have very good academic grades to be considered by the top universities. Germany overall is very competitive, more than 75% is recommended. To study in US take the GRE and TOEFL. To study in Canada and Germany , take the IELTS or TOEFL. A few Canadian universities might also require the GRE. Check the admission requirements on university websites and prepare accordingly. Check here

If you are more interested to study automobile, better do Diploma in automobile and then do BE automobile engineering but you should consider about the mathematical knowledge may be you are lagging in maths probably it will screw you on semester exam.

You are advised to take Science stream with Physics, Chemistry and Maths at 10+2. You may appear in JEE Mains and opt for B.Tech Automobile Engineering degree course to chase your dreams and passion.

Yes, there is a difference. Automobile engineering may be considered as a sub branch of automotive engineering.
Automotive engineering is a sub-branch of vehicle engineering. It can also be considered as a sub-branch of mechanical engineering that has split from the main branch focusing on the automotive field of study. Automobile engineering focuses on the cars. It specifically deals with the designing of cars, operations in production of cars, designing of engines and fuel management. Thus, automobile engineering can be considered as a sub branch of automotive engineering. However, generally both the branches are used interchangeably
