Hi Abhilash,
Germany is very much known for its technological advancements, especially Automobile and mechanical. Few good universities that you can look for are
Hochschule Albstadt-Sigmaringen,
RWTH Aachen University,
Esslingen University of Applied Sciences,
University of Applied Sciences Ingolstadt /
University of Applied Sciences Landshut,
etc.
Most of the universities have English as the medium of teaching. For admission you might have to give GRE and IELTS / TOEFL.
Also education in Germany is government funded, there is a possibility that you might have to pay a minimal fee ranging from euro 140-500.

Dear Lekhraj - Being a student of MBA I don't have a good idea of the Automobile engineering course but yes as far as my outlook towards the concern of package is I can say that it totally depends on the company and the type of job profile being offered.
